We all know that Pensioners have to submit “Jeevan Pramaan” Life Certificate every year as a proof of their presence. They have to visit Banks, Post Offices, E-Seva Kendras, EPF Offices to submit life certificate. Pension would be released only if the pensioner submit his “Jeevan Pramaan” certificate before the due date.
For this calendar year 2021, Employees Provident Fund Organisation(EPFO)is going to accept “Jeevan Pramaan” certificates from 2021,October 1st to November 30th. This would be applicable to super senior citizens(80 Years and above)
For remaining sections of pensioners(60 Years and above)Jeevan Pramaan Certificates would be acceptable from November 1st to November 30th.
Central Government allows “Post Offices” too for accepting Jeevan Pramaan Certificates besides banks, EPF offices and e-seva kendras. So pensioners can choose any of the either options to submit their life certificates.
But do remember From October 1st,2021 super senior citizens can only submit their jeevan pramaan certificates while the remaining pensioners have to submit from November 1st. As per the government orders, the last date to submit Jeevan Pramaan Certificates is November 30th,2021. So be prepared to submit your life certificate on or before the due date.
